Exchanges

At Indeva, we want you to love every step you take! If your footwear doesn’t fit quite right, we offer easy size exchanges on most of our products.

To be eligible for an exchange:
  • Please email us at support@myindeva.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Only one-time size exchange is allowed per order.
  • Please note: Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to exchange:

Email us with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • We will arrange a Return Pick Up from our end.
  • Once we receive the original item, we’ll dispatch your replacement size within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation available within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns

Not quite what you expected? No problem — we’re here to help!
We accept returns for store credit, so you can find something that’s just right for you.

  • Simply send the item back to us, and once received, we’ll issue a store credit note for the product value (minus a ₹100 shipping fee).
  •  Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myindeva.com with clear photos and your order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds, except in cases where the item arrives damaged and a replacement is unavailable. If that happens, our team will work with you to find the best possible resolution.
